Rectifies an error in Order 07-01 below which incorrectly adjusted for the cost of new vessels on the major routes. Fare cap on major routes rises by 7.3% (not 6.4%) April 1 2008, other route groups by 4.0%. Subsequent annual increases through April 1 2011 relate to consumer price inflation, being 3.7% (not 3.0%) and 7.1% respectively if consumer price index increases at 2% per year.
