British Columbia Government Publications Monthly Checklist
includes selected British Columbia government publications
processed by the Legislative Library each month for its own
collection.
The Legislative Library compiles this Checklist as a service
to individuals and institutions. The Library does not distribute
publications.
The Checklist is arranged alphabetically by the name of the
issuing agency, then alphabetically by cataloguing main entry.
This may be personal author, corporate author or title. The agency listing at the beginning of each Checklist links directly to the relevant section of the Checklist.
The title link goes to the bibliographic record in the library’s online catalogue, where there is an option to link to the full MARC display.
Links starting with http://www.lllbc.leg.bc.ca/ go to the full-text downloaded version permanently retained by the Legislative Library. Other http links go to the original government web site location in existence at the time the document was catalogued. These links may not be current and are not updated.
The
cataloguing information in the database has been tailored to
suit the needs of the Legislative Library; the Anglo-American
Cataloguing Rules, Second Edition, are used as a guide but are
not strictly adhered to. Only a portion of the complete
cataloguing record is displayed in the Checklist.
